We took our family vacation on a Disney Cruise to the Bahamas the first part of June.
When I first came aboard the ship I got that "wow" factor. They announce your families name and clap as you walk through. They really make you feel special!
All the Disney Characters were so much fun to be around!
Stateroom: We stayed in the Concierge Suite and they were all exceptionally nice. Our room butler, Byron always made a point to stop in a say hello and show the kids new towel animals (even after he had already made one that night). Our room was kept spotless and he always asked if there was anything he could do for us.
Dining: Our assistant server, Vijon was incredible. He interacted with the kids so well. Every night at the table he would make animals out of their menus and do games and tricks with their crayons. We were never in need of anything and never had to ask for anything twice.
Activities: We did not get off the ship at Atlantis. They have a slide called the AuqaDuck that goes around the entire ship and I must say not only did the boys have a BLAST on it but so did we!! We did it over and over and over and over again! And it was great to keep riding without having to wait in a long line. There's also a slide for little ones that the boys did too. We really enjoyed the fireworks after the Pirate Party. Enjoyed the beach at Castaway Cay. We had some white fish that kept swimming around us and the boys really thought that was something. Had a little family Arrr-cade fun!!
Shows: We watched "The Villains" and "Believe". Both shows were great and kept both boys attention.
The service everyone provided just impressed me more and more!
It has it's perks and they know how to cater to anyone no matter how young or old you are! Doesn't matter if you have kids or not, it's fun for everybody! A memory that our family will never forget!! Overall we were completely blown away. This was our first time with Disney but definitely not our last!
